Hey Drew,
I don't know the highest price paid for a guitar on eBay, but I can tell you that late 50's, Flame Top, Gibson Les Paul's can sell for over $400,000 these days. Compared to that benchmark, this Les Paul is "cheap". You better pick one up while they are still affordable
