I have an acoustic guitar that has a label on the headstock and also inside the soundhole that says First Hawaiian Conservatroy of Music. There is goldtone paper on the fretboard with scale notations.

I did some research and learned that it was possibly manufactred by Oscar Shmidt circa 1928.

Any info about the manufacturer and date or period, and value would be greatly appreciated.

The finish is a mahogany color and the finish has peeled in many places. Also, the back has separated in a few places from the sides.
