Harley Davidson or knock off?

Ok, I came across a thrift store dreadnought with Harley Davidson stickers on it, no serial numbers, no ID inside whatsoever. I'd usually walk on, but it was a solid spruce top, solid rosewood back and sides, and in fair shape, so sale. I thought it would be a quick search, but any of the major maker's versions, of Harley Davidson models, seem to use different labels and usually indicate their own name on them. I suspect it to be a Chinese knockoff, trying to play on the Gibson Harley version due to lack of any ID on it and it looks like any label inside might have been scratched off, it's hard to tell. Yet it's very decently made for a knockoff, if it is. Perhaps it's a promotional thing, someone's homemade design, but can't find mention of it on the Harley site or on any Home Shopping Network pages, or even eboy.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Ok, mystery guitar, next question is; What is something like this worth? I'm not entirely in love with it and thinking about passing it on. Solid spruce top, a bit of a crack that shouldn't be a problem, the brace stops it, Rosewood back and sides, mahogany neck, needs some adjustment after the 12th fret. Wondering if the value is worth putting more into it or selling as is and let it be a project for someone else.

Sorry I don't have any information on your guitar. I think the decision on whether to fix it or sell as is depends on whether you have a relationship with a luthier and can get the work done at a reasonable price.

My instinct is to sell it "as is" and hope to make a small profit on the transaction.
