I don't know anything about your specific model, but in general DR series Sigmas tend to sell in the $150-$225 range in average condition. Assuming DR-12 means you are looking at a 12 string, value would be at the upper end of this range.
I won't buy guitars with broken necks just for cosmetic reasons, I don't want to look at the repair line. I think your seller is correct that the repaired neck is as strong or stronger than it was originally. In fact, in one of his "rants" Ed Roman has suggested that Gibson break the headstocks off of all their Les Pauls at the factory and then repair them arguing that the repaired neck would then be less prone to breakage in the future than the necks they currently sell. Obviously a little extreme on Ed's part but he makes the point that modern adhesives are stronger than wood.
It looks to me that your shop is aware of what they have and have priced the guitar fairly. All you need to do is decide whether the cosmetics of the repair will bother you after you buy the instrument.
