Harmony Marquis HM300 est 1892

So i got this Harmony Marquis HM300 39 1/2" long for a good price never played it before but it was in great condition and looks great inlays etc.... So once it was shipped to me i played it and the sound of it was outstanding. I was planning on selling it but now im not sure because i can find no info on this anywhere and now im liking it more than my aria 551b. I know it was made in Korea in 1980 but not sure the name of the company that bought harmony in the mid 70's just that they were a Korean company that made a bunch of knock offs so im wondering if its a copy of some kind of fender or gibson which seems they liked to copy from the sounds of things. Any info would be appreciated ill post pictures soon.

If the guitar was made in Korea in the 1980's odds are good that it was made by either Cort or Samick. Post a picture when you get a chance and we'll see if we can figure out what they were trying to copy.
