Help Identify : Framus Jumbo 12 5/297? Value?

Hi,

I'm from Belgium and came across this acoustic Framus 12-string guitar on a belgian second hand website.
I first thought it was a 5/297 that John Lennon helped making famous, but the photo on the inside says 7/297 M (for Mahoney?), or something? And the pickguard is different from a 5/297...
Can anyone help me out, please?
And the seller has set the minimum bid to 200€ (that's about 273$).
Is this overrated or worth it?

I would be very grateful if somebody could clear this up for me.

It is very hard to value these without one trying it firstly. But I would say they are about the right amount for the money $250 - $300 and the M stands for Mahogany. ship
really the same type of guitar just this one is Mahogany
