Hello friends - Would anyone have some idea of the valuation of this Gibson Nylon C-8?

Built in 1964, It is made of Brazilian rosewood (back/sides), spruce (top), mahogany (neck) and rosewood (bridge). It was the top of the line Gibson nylon (along with the C-6) and discontinued in 1969. See attached pics. They seem to be hard to find...but I don't really know...It has a few marks and dings but it's in pretty good shape and plays great. Thanks for your input...

Hi balouman.

I don't deal in acoustic guitars so I have no first hand experience with this model, however, I can tell you what the Blue Book believes.

I think you are right that the C-8 is hard to find, the BB says only 110 were made. As far as price, Zach suggests $1,400-$1,750 in Excellent condition and $850 - $1,050 in average condition. From what I can see your guitar appears to be in Excellent condition.

We can't always buy and sell at Blue Book prices but now you will know what a potential buyer might expect to pay.
