Can anyone ID this Acoustic Guitar with Built in AMP +Effect

Can anyone help me ID this acoustic Guitar, I picked it up last week and have never seen anything like it .

It is an Acoustic guitar which has a built in Speaker plus onboard Volume – Tone – Tremelo effect.

All the Electrics and speaker look original but the the pickup has been changed .

I was told that it was marketed as a “ Busker “ guitar.
