i recently bought this guitar at a car boot sale in england and have no idea of the possible maker, age or value if any ,the dimensions of the guitar are the same as old "parlor" guitars but that is all i know about it,it has an unusual but very effective tailpiece and bridge ,the bridge is fully adjustable and sits on 2 grooves on the tailpiece to stop any sideways movement, the back of the body is one piece and it has a lovely V inlay where the sides join at the bridge end of the body, the detail around the sound hole and the top side edges are quality laminates of wood and not just painted around them, the machine heads are circular ,possibly bone or ivory ? the 2 fret markers are mother of pearl ?,the neck is lovely and slim with an amazing low action and it sounds beautiful and stays in tune,it looks to be totally original and has no repairs or modifications,it just has the slightest of cracks under the bridge adjustment ,but this is so minor it does not affect the tuning or adjusting or playing of the guitar in any way what so ever.it looks like it did once have a label in the soundhole as it looks like a little glue residue is still in the soundhole, any info on this guitar would be greatly appreciated and i have enclosed some large images to help.
