Here is a pristine 1969 Gibson Byrdland. This guitar is in amazing shape, not one scratch or dent. On the front there is some finish checking but that is to be expected from a 40 year old guitar. The back is flawless, not one scuff or scratch. The frets and fretboard are in amazing condition. The neck is in perfect condition and the action is excellent. The electronics work perfect. The guitar is completely all original except for the tuners. (New tuners fit the original tuner drill holes, so no new holes were drilled in the head). This guitar is a collectors grade guitar that looks and sounds amazing.

What's telling you it's a replacement? Looks just the same to me as others from around the year date I'm seeing on the net.
