That is a VERY interesting and unusual guitar. I don't know for sure, but I believe it is German. Stella was a sub-brand of the factory that made Weltmeister accordions. It is certainly not related to either the American Harmony Stella nor a Soviet Rostov Stella. However, again, that's just my guess.
