Hi all

I have a vintage alu stop tailpiece that I am starting to think is a genuine Gibson part (that I can sell). The posts that came with it I'm more sceptical about, but they look like the ones on this pic which I found on an eaby auction for post spacers.

Did Gibson posts ever have this kind of bevelled top?

I can't find any close-up pics online apart from this - and I don't know it's original context (though it's clearly from ww.tokaiguitar.de, I don't know if it's a relic job or a real old LP...)
