Hey guys

Sorry to bring this topic back up again but I'm just curious. Does this guitar have a humbucker or is it a single coil?

It looks like a humbucker but i've never dealt with vintage kays before.

I'm only asking because I need to know if it's closer to a les paul or a fender strat

The pickup is a single coil,made by DeArmond. As Michael Ambrose stated in a previous post, "It'll ring like a bell. The neck-position DeArmond gives you the sweetest, glassiest tone you'll ever hear... "

I'm looking to install one of these knob tuners made by "N-Tune"

It'll be non destructive so I wont have to ruin this beautiful guitar but I'm just curious. Should I be using a 250K pot or a 500k pot?

I'm pretty sure that single coil means I should use the 250K model but I want to be sure before I go buying it!!
