Is this an authentic Gibson?

Hi! It's my first post here so hello everyone. I found this one on ebay. Haven't found anything about it on the net. Does anybody recognize this guitar as Gibson?

What heck is that thing? A few examples of what's wrong. Gibson's have glued in set necks,not screw ons. The Gibson logo appears to have been added to the headstock.The pickguard is totally wrong and modded to accept the pickups.Only one pot. Don't know what brand the body and neck might be,but was never a Gibson.Obviously from an inexpensive Les Paul knockoff .In short,the whole thing is just so wrong.What does the seller describe it as? I have searched the web and found some Gibsons that were bolt on, not set in - for example Marauder. The logo seems to be a bit too high on headstock and cut on the edges. The seller didn't know exactly the brand and model of guitar as he found it on attic . Here is link to the auction:

Right.Forgot about the Marauder,but they have a different shape headstock.I was thinking in terms of a Les Paul since it has the same style headstock.Doesn't change my opinion.It's a parts guitar made from a cheap Les Paul knock off of some sort. He really shouldn't be calling it a Gibson in the auction title,but he probably doesn't know any better.

Basically, the seller says he found it in a basement and has no idea what it is. He DOES state that the logo is "glued" onto the headstock... and in his defense, he does call it a "Gibson Les Paul?????????????" hahaha... so I don't think he's really trying to sham anyone...

no way in holy hell thats a gibson, though. Body shape, for ANY of their models, is WAY off... trussrod cover doesn't jive... aside from the obvious, of course... that PG and pups... yikes!
