1950's Gibson Acoustic and Hollowbody

So the other night I was at my friends house. I had never been in his basement until yesterday. I found two Gibson guitars that were clearly vintage. One was an acoustic absolutely beat to death. The other was a beautiful near mint hollow body guitar. I asked them about the guitars and they said that it belonged to my friend's grandpa who bought them in the 1950s and had not touched them since. I was hoping for an identification on both along with an estimate for each of them.

Hey Steve.

The electric is an ES 225T built between 1955-59. It is missing the pickguard and has a ballpark value around $2,000.

I don't know anything about the acoustic but it is a low end student instrument.

The acoustic looks like it might be an LGO.
