Need Advice on Replacement Tuners for a National Bass

I just picked this up and need to replace the G string tuner.
What kind of tuner should I get and where?
Should I replace all 4 so they match?

Same with the knobs . . .

I checked my tuners and it looks like I have one that may match. Could you post a couple of pics of a tuner removed from your bass so I can make sure it matches?

Surprisingly, when the bass arrived, the seller had already replaced the tuner AND knobs.
