Are these vintage Gibson pickups?

I have a pair of pickups that I bought several years ago that i was told were aquired from the Kalamazoo factory when Gibson moved.

They are pretty unusual in that they seem to be stacked humbuckers. I have never seen pickups like these before and I am hoping that someone can identify them.

I think they may well be, Everything about them looks right - late seventies, early eighties Gibson pickups certainly had many of the same features (the brass inserts in the lugs, the same shape, and the same black plastic.) Very similar in style to all their pickups from that period.

Having said this, I can't see any obvious model that used them. They look very similar to the bridge pickup in a later Gibson Marauder - except that they don't have pole pieces, or like the Corvus III but with different positioned lugs.

The best info I have gotten so far is that they are experimental pickups that were intended to be used in acoustic flat tops that never made it to production. This info came from a retired Gibson luthier.
