In trying to find a source to rewind the deArmond mustache pickup on my '69 Harmony Rocket, here's what I found out:
* MojoTone – Doesn’t offer pickup rewinds/repair any more
* Lindy Fralin – Doesn’t work on DeArmonds any more
* Klein Pickups – Won’t touch a pickup with rivets
* Luther Lee Pickups - $80, turnaround = 5 business days
* Cellino’s Hand Wound PU - $103, turnaround = 1-2 weeks
* Smit’s Handwound Guitar PU - $60, turnaround = 2-3 weeks
* Tom Brantley - $57, turnaround = 1 week
All of them were VERY responsive to my email.

Wish I knew more of those names than Lindy. But it sounds even more like you need a true specialist, given those who were honest enough to decline your moustache.
Wouldn't hurt to contact George Gruhn in Nashville, (612.256.2033 gruhn.com). If he doesn't work on the moustache pups, ask him for two people he'd recommend. He's been widely respected for many years. Did great work for me. (Tho some think he's gotten too big for his britches.)
Or try these trusted pup-masters:
Seymour Duncan (seymourduncan.com 805.964.9610) and
Jason Lollar (lollarguitars.com 206.463.9838).
Ya know, you can have a good local luthier remove the bad pup and mail it to an expert for work. But hopefully others here will be able to comment on your list.
