Unknown Egmond Model

Hi guys, I have an old Egmond guitar but I dont know which model it may be... Can anyone please help me out?

Thanks wietse, it sure looks the same and it's the closest version i've seen yet cause i only could find models with two pickups. Any idea what year of manufacture and value? Thanks again
