Does anyone know about Herrnsdorf made guitars from Germany during the late 50's and 60's. I'm looking to purchase a model made by them under the Perlgold brand, the model being Lux, made around 1960. Its a real nice looking thing, http://www.flickr.com/photos/69107557@N02/6449330445/ , a 5 pole rellog pickup and looks real well made, but does it stand up to its looks ? or age even?

I guess it'll be ok,but for that money you can buy all solid carved top vintage German guitar.Rellog is good. Here's my clip with it-
