I'm not quite sure what you are looking for.
The image I posted is from the 1964-65 Framus catalog. I don't think I have an extra copy although they show up on eBay once every few months.
Obtaining a technical drawing of the bass is probably next to impossible.

The Elektro-Gitarren Made in Germany book shows the 5/151 and 5/152 as having been made in the mid 60's. I would have to assume that would between 64-66.
