Found this guitar molding in a case at a yardsale. Now I am trying to find out more about it. Anyone know this guitar or know any history/helpful restoration suggestions?

great guitar! one of the top quality instruments made by teisco/kawai for B&J out of new york. Not all kent guitars were made by them, but these were some nice and interesting instruments!
