1970's Yamaha SG-45 Electric?

Out messing around today and found this Yamaha electric which I believe is from the 70's. Has serial number on fret board of 26329. Excellent shape for it's age. Has some finish checking. Frets are good as are original tuners.

Does anyone know what model it is (SG-45 I think)? Is it any good? Is it worth $250?
