Anyone familiar with this?

I know it's not Asian, but I'm posting on this board, because of my Kent guitar I bought in the summer. It was made in Japan and I was under the impression that Kent was a distribution name for various instruments made in Japan around that time. The other day, I came across this:



I'm buying it this week. Anyway, I see that it's made in West Germany, but bears the exact same script Kent logo that my guitar does. I'm kind of curious to find out where else things were made that bear the Kent name.

Some of the Swedish Hagstrom guitar models, early to middle 1960s, were sold under the Kent brand name.

Hmm.. I wonder if there's a connection. The logo on the pedal I'm getting is the exact same as the logo on the guitar I bought. Did all of the Hagstrom Kent's have that square looking logo like in the picture you linked?

I wonder what company was making the pedals in West Germany..

The pedal works great. It's pretty light. I thought it was metal, but it feels like it's just textured plastic.
