Hondo Specialists - Date Please?

Hello, got another cheap and cheerful Hondo from the bay.
Are there any standout features on this that could suggest the date?
It's Hondo II and the label on the neckplate says H760N.
It's got a weird Tele style bridge plate and ashtray with no routed hole for a tremolo, and Fender shape headstock.
The body is solid, one piece of whatever it is with a natural varnished finish. Quite an impressive neck which is very similar to my Yasuki Strat.
No stickers under the scratchplate??

The neck plate sticker is accurate, you've got a H760N from 1980-81.

Hondo used the H760 designation on their strat copies from about 1980 to 1984. In 85 they went to H7600 for some reason. Your guitar has the older strat style headstock that dates it to 80-81. Of course, the N stands for natural finish.

I just found the same guitar on the streets (flea market) sounds quite nice and has a beutiful finish on it! strange it only has a 3-way switch for the pickups instead of 5...
