Can anyone educate me on this one? Any idea what name badge might have been on the headstock?

It's not a Teisco. That style pickup is unique to early FujiGen Gakki guitars. Here's a couple of old threads.

Question: Do the pot codes of 363G date this to March of 1963? Or is that not a date code?

ISTR hearing that codes on pots on Japanese instruments can't be used to determine date as with US pots.
