			Pretty hard to say exactly  what parts you need for the trem without seeing some good pictures of what you have. Finding the original parts is usually not very easy,so you may have get creative to get it working or replace it with something else,which is sometimes the easiest thing to do. This trem is a popular,period correct replacement that might do the trick. It's also pretty inexpensive.
 
You should try removing the stickers and cleaning off the residue.You can use naphtha (lighter fluid) as a solvent. It shouldn't hurt the original finish.Test it out on a small,inconspicuous area first.
