Picked up this guitar in a pawnshop yesterday. From what I can find out, it was made in Japan and branded Mansfield for a music store (Peate's Music?) in Montreal. Comparing them to some of my other vintage guitars the tuners, pickups, trem and basic construction put it around the mid to late '60s. The case that came with the guitar isn't original.....made in Canada, probly about 5 yrs old....and is worth more than I paid for everything. Needs original knobs and the trem bar but everything works and it sounds good.
Anyone have anymore info out there to id the guitar.
