Hey cheesybaby,
I think that even if you are able to reglue the headstock, you need to start looking for a replacement neck. While there are some good adhesives out there (gorrilla glue comes to mind) I don't think any of them will produce a permanent repair. There are enough trashed Teiscos on eBay you should be able to pick up a neck pretty cheap.
I once purchased a B.C. Rich Eagle on eBay that arrived with an undisclosed headstock repair. I was distraught and posted a thread over on Jules' Vintage Guitar Forum to see how the fellas thought the break might influence the value of the instrument. After seeing the way the headstock on the Rich had been reglued, one of the guys on the Forum posted pictures of a "proper" headstock repair. I think the pictures are still there. Obviously more involved than "sticken it back on".
