To find those specific parts you'd probably just have to check eBay every few days... for the next few years.
If you're not interested in a perfect restoration, my guess is any Gibson style bridge & tailpiece combo should work.
That's a groovy looking guitar though - if it were mine, I'd get the surface-mount whammy from GFS and a gibson style roller-saddle bridge from the same website. Cost you about $50 total, and that repro whammy would look pretty kickin' with the chrome cover plate. You'd have to drill some bigger holes for the Gibson-style bridge pins I imagine.
