An Epiphone electric owned by a friend. It looks like it's built pretty well but the bridge is installed in a location that makes it nearly impossible to intonate. The closest thing I can find on the web is the "Demon" though that has different controls and bridge. This thing appears to have a stock Stratocaster-type bridge. It's set neck, or perhaps neck-through. I don't know the age. I'd have to guess '80s or maybe early '90s.

No one huh? I guess I've stumped the Vintaxe panel of experts. To be fair, this one is a little outside the time period with which most folks here are familiar...

That sounds like it - at least that describes the input jack. And I've seen pictures of Jacksons with that shape.

Kinda looks like the Epiphone Demon (E Series) (2001/2002) but the body is flatter and the electronic layout is different. Logo's different too...

It doesn't have onboard effects does it?

Found another like yours referred to as an as it's clearly modelled on his Jackson V but I can't imagine it was actually called that.

There is one model called the Poly V I think was the same but with different finishes (prob polka dots :D), but I can't find a pic anywhere.
Canada: we put the “u” in satire.

Yes, it does look like the Demon, but different controls and Strat-like pickups, bridge, tailpiece and input jack. I recognize that picture from the same posting that Steve quoted in his post to this thread. Based on my research so far it seems that there are only two in the world, unless the one I have is also the one in the picture, in which case this is the only one. ;)
