Bruno Conqueror ID

Hey guys and gals,

Id like to get some info on this Bruno conqueror. First of all, I'd like to get the year, however I would also like to know how rare these 330 copies are, as i have only seen 335 copies of the Conqueror. Any other info is greatly appreciated. thanks a lot

Don't know the exact date of your guitar but a very similar example appears in my 1971 Bruno catalog. The only differences between yours and the pictured guitar is that yours has a narrower, more pointy truss rod cover and the headstock logo is different. I'd guess the narrowed cover makes yours a bit later than 1971. I may have some more Bruno literature, I'll look around and see what I can turn up.

No. I had a stack of unscanned counter catalogs and I thought another early 70's Bruno might be in there but the cupboard was bare. I think you are pretty safe with a 1972-73 production date for your guitar.
