Sekova standup bass ( if Picasso played the bass )

Does anyone know anything about this sekova standup electric bass ?

I know it's cool looking, hopefully someone else can supply some more substantive information.

Is it missing a tuning key? That could be a difficult to replace piece of hardware.

Yes it is missing a tuner, and also the volume knob and retainer nut but the pot is still there. It's quite the cosmic log though. I'm thinking about listing it for sale or putting it on ebay does anyone have a clue about value? Another interesting detail about this is the pickups seem to have three magnets per string and it has a mix switch. It's possibly the coolest instrument I've ever run across...
