I have this guitar... its actually kind of bad ass but at the same time totally confusing..I would just like to know who made it and what it might be worth if anything. There's no brand logo on it at all

Hi rokku.
You have a Japanese copy of a Mosrite. The Ventures were huge in Japan so most of the Japanese builders made their own version of the Mosrite. Based on the hardware and build characteristics, I'd say your guitar was built by Teisco/Kawai in the late 1960's.
Value is probably between $225-$325.
