Can someone help w/info on this Univox?

I'm hoping someone can help me with this Univox guitar. I know very little about guitars, I picked it up at an estate sale awhile back because it seems to be in excellent condition. It has a metal plate on the back with "U" and "Japan" and a serial number, nothing else. I'd like to know what model it is. I would like to sell it.
I can add more pictures if needed.

What you have is a Univox Hi - Flier. Yours is known as a Phase 4 model, which was the last incarnation of that model, made around 1977. These were made starting around 1968 and went through a few changes during it's production run. You can read about them here.



I'm not sure about the value. The earlier models were more faithful copies of the Mosrite guitars that they were based on,having the P90 style pickups and vibrato tail piece and in great condition can sell for around $500-$600. Some earlier examples for sale on eBay.







I think the earlier version with the P90 pickups and vibrato tail piece is more desirable and would sell for more, so I would guess that $450-$475 would be a reasonable price for yours.
