Kingston guitar help

Hello, can anyone help me identify this guitar? We found it in an old attic. The only thing it says is "Kingston" on the front and "Made In Japan" on the back. Sorry for the bad quality picture, I can probably get a better one if needed. There are also gold specks all around it.
