Memphis stratocaster MIJ?

The info that I found within the past hour after getting home with this bad boy, tuning her up and plugging it in to try it out. Seems to be very inconsistent as to where it originated from.

I read that It even could be a matsumoko product. It sure does have that japanese matsumoko feel to it. I would know this because I own a couple westone guitars and it just feels amazing. LIKE MY WESTY

What do you guys think? Either way its a player! I love the checking in the paint. Looks sweet aged nicely.
