My feeling is that your guitar was made by Matsumoku, which manufactured guitars for many brands like Aria, Univox,Epiphone, and others. This Matsumoku made Univox Coily has the same pickups, bridge and what appears to be basically the same neck, minus the slanted end.





Does your guitar have this "Steel Adjustable Neck" plate on it? These are typically found on Matsumoku made guitars.

I had exactly the same reaction Spud1950; all the hallmarks of a matsumoku product. Not an Aria, but likely from the early 70's era of factory production.
