Need ID on this Bass Guitar

Hey guys!

I purchased an old bass guitar last week, but am confused about the make.

The neckplate says: Stell adjustable neck, Teisco Gengakki.KK and Made in Japan. (It really says ''Stell'', probably a misprint.

It is a copy of a Gibson EB-0, however Teisco itself, never copied EB-0's.
I'm thinking of a Greco or something in that direction..

The .KK means that it's Fujigen made, but I don't know which (Teisco related) brands were made at Fujigen.
