Does it have a name on it anywhere? That would help. I see guitars like that pop up on eBay fairly often. They tend to go in the $250-350 range. Here's one:

I think cheepaxes' estimate is pretty accurate. I have a 2005 VG Price Guide that values Greco Beatle Bass copies between $200 - $300. Given this VG Price guide is a bit out of date and they frequently undervalue budget Japanese instruments in the first place; the $250-$350 range is probably right.
Do you know whether it is a 60's or 70's model? If it's a 60's the value might be a bit higher. Three different models of Greco Beatle Basses are in the 1967 catalog I have in the Catalog Section of this site. It may be worth the time and money to try to establish the year your's was produced as well as the model. sb
