Need a OPT for my old Teisco Checkmate 15

Hello...

I need some help to find a good OutPut Transformer for my old Teisco Checkmate 15
(Schem is almost the same as Checkmate 20)
On the top of the OPT it says 16 Ohm and 8K Ohm
but I don't know where to find the right one for this amp ?

Hope someone in here can give me an addresse where I can get it.
