Your model first appears in the 1964 Kent catalog and makes it's last appearance in the 1966 catalog. Kent was a brand name used by Buegeleisen and Jacobsen of New York, an import/distribution company. They didn't actually make anything. Their guitars were bought from various Japanese manufacturers, such as Guyatone and Teisco, and re branded as Kent. Your guitar was actually made by Guyatone. There's a model almost identical to it in the 1965 Guyatone catalog.Value wise, similar Japanese guitars of that same level can usually be had for around $150-$200,depending on condition. I think yours is more toward the higher side because it appears to be in real nice condition.
