Can you ID this vintage 12 string? Hardware look like Teisco

Cool looking guitar tremelo68.

Actually the guitar is a Firstman built around 1967. The 6 string guitar version was a model S2-C, I'm not sure of the model number on the 12 string.

The Firstman company was started by former Teisco employees that were unhappy about the Teisco merger with Kawai in January 1967. They made some really interesting body styles and you are lucky to have one since they are fairly rare outside of Japan.

For many years,starting around 1969,Firstman also blatantly made pretty exact copies of Mosrite guitars,putting the Mosrite name logo on them even though they had no licensing agreement with the people who owned the brand name to do so.
