Guyatone LG-J60 ?

I was looking for a Les Paul to put a EMG Zakk Wylde kit in.
So I've bought this.


There's no name on the head.
So, I think it's a Guyatone because of this:
The inlays are typical.


But, I've also found that:



You can see that the bold-on plate is not the same and the headstock also.



Now, a close look



First, a good surprise: the pick-ups have been changed:



Did someone know how to repair those problems. Not easy to find the correct bindings.

That's a Hondo II, and those DiMarzios are ORIGINAL! Back in the early 1990s, some of us used to hunt for those guitars to rip the pickups out of, because you could find neglected old Hondos easily for $50 or less, and few people knew about the DiMarzios... I used to get these guitars for $35 or so, sell the DiMarzios for $50 EACH, then put in some cheap humbuckers, give the thing a quickie set-up, new strings and some electric cleaner sprayed into pots, and blow it out for $75 or $100.
