Identifying an old guitar

This was black when I bought it at a yard for $2, nearly 20 years ago. As you can see, it's in rough shape and I'm currently restoring it, but I have no idea what brand or model it is.

I've found several models that are very close, but not exact matches. Most of them are Teisco and/or Kawai.

I know there is some hardware missing in the picture. I can describe/add pictures of them if it helps identify this.

Any information about this would be appreciated!
