I don't know what exactly the letters mean, but LG = solidbody and SG = hollowbody. Other prefixes are more rare, apparently, and mean something more specific.

I heard that EG means Electric Guitar
Can somebody help me out with the value of this Guyatone STAR guitar?
I will probably sell or trade it.

My "Hank Marvin/Johnny Guitar" model is an HG-80. I can't see any difference between mine and the LG-50 models. Just curious... :wink:
