Hi.. Newbie with some Guitars needing ID

Hi Im new here, found this cool site searching for some ID on two of my Jap guitars..

First one Is marked Graceline on thehead stock, thin hollow body electric, Plays great.. I found this in a pile of rubbish out on the road on the way to work one morning, Just gave it a big clean up and it is immaculate...Trem arm and pick guard missing, But functions great...

The second one is an old Guyatone which was salvaged from the rubbish tip by my relative, Bit thicker body but plays also great, Any ideas of the model and year of these guitars

Any info would be appreciated and maybe a stab at the values.. Im in Australia.

a nice pair, both made by kawai/teisco late 60's early 70's not that valueable but fun to play.
when missing a tremarm like that you can easely fabricate one yourself. or buy a new almost identical trem to use that arm on it, don't know the exact name for this trem but they are still available for about 30 us $.
for the guyatone that will be a problem, a strange vibrato system on that one.
