Second guitar at the top with white/cream body and black pickguard , with natural headstock. Semistrat shape.

I don't know what your guitar is for sure diggey, but to me it looks alot like this 1966 Pleasant.

Pleasant was a Japanese guitar company that was active in the mid 1960's. I really don't know about the company history but there were a lot of small Japanese companies during this period of time; most of them didn't survive the crash in guitar demand that occurred in 1968-69.

I know some of the small Japanese companies popped up after Teisco was purchased by Kawai in 1967. Former Teisco employees that didn't want to work for Kawai started companies like Firstman and Honey. Obviously Pleasant was already making guitars by this time.

i just bought a guitar that says PLEASANT on the headstock. it also says SHINKO MUSICAL CO under that.

it looks like a 1960s JAGUAR

it has 3 pickups, a whammy bar, 2 knobs (tone, volume) and 6 buttons that read M 1 3 1+3 2 0

its a real looker, but i cant find any information on this guitar. have you had any luck??

You should check out Kawai. I have recently acquired a kawai kingston and this one looks very similar. The tuners look similar and the headstock is the same. I cannot be certain that this is correct because it is unknown wether or not the headstock has been replaced on mine.
