You can certainly find a serviceable Japanese solid top acoustic for less than $370.
It's likely that the SE in the model name refers to "special edition" and the price may be fully justified, but if this is the case, the seller hasn't really described any special features of the instrument to support the asking price.
Since you are searching for a second guitar to haul to gigs it doesn't make sense to me to pay extra for a pristine condition instrument. The chances of the guitar getting banged around or stolen at a gig are just too great. Find a great playing, good sounding beater that won't be devastating to lose if someone in your audience decides to grab a case and walk out the door.
