Anybody seen any AGS guitar?

Hi, I recently found this old Japanese (has Japan etched on neck plate) which has a strange "ags" brand.
Some parts (tuners) remind me of some teisco-universe brands, but I have never seen this particular brand.
It has a nice mirror pickguard, made of metal

Hey autodafe.

I don't know anything about the "ags" brand name, but I can tell you your guitar was built by Kawai in the mid 1960's.

Hi autodafe,
I am new to this site.
I have the ""exact same"" ags as the yours pictured here.
Yours is the only other one I've ever seen.
Mines in very good condition, as yours look also.
Have you found any others anywhere?
Is there any collector interest (buying-selling) of it that you know of?
I would consider selling mine but I like having it too because as far as I know, it's extremely rare.
I am not sure how or if I can attached photos.
